At disposal of our guests a full equipped fitness center with sauna and a modern outdoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, ideal in the summer season, that gives the guests the opportunity to join swimming and water-fitness courses.

The hotel has also a synthetic regular football field approved by the FIGC ( the Italian Federation of Football Game) and a beach-volley court.

We are part of the Bike Hotel Circuit and we have set up for our guests a small workroom with the necessary equipment to carry out repairs and a garage to place the bikes. On request we can organize guided Mountain Bike Tours in the Valnerina Valley.

2 Km far from our hotel there is the Avio Area of Terni, a sort of a little airport, where you can have the possibility to made a parachute jump, also in tandem with an instructor, for a 4.200 meters fall of a pure adrenaline.

Furthermore within 20 minutes drive for our hotel, surrounding by lush vegetation, there is a unique and ideal place to made Rafting. With the breathtaking Marmore Waterfalls as start point, the highest waterfalls in Europe, you can make an unbelievable descent with rubber boats.
